We want you to love your jewelry! If something isn't right, you may return your item within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In its original condition, free of damage
• In its original packaging (if applicable)

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for a return.

To start a return, please contact us at silverstreetjewelry.int@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your item is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method
